An engagement timeline spanning twelve weeks. Phase one shows a discovery and audit in weeks one and two. Phase two shows prioritisation and planning in weeks three and four. Phase three shows execution and retainer transition from weeks five through twelve. Each phase has a short description of deliverables and decision points.

How a typical engagement runs. The first two weeks are diagnosis. The next two are planning. Everything after that is either fixed work or a rolling retainer โ€” depending on what the audit finds and what makes sense for the business.
