Train the system,
not the symptom.

Strength and performance coaching for athletes who refuse to plateau. Twelve years coaching, four Olympians, one philosophy.

№ 01 / About

Programs that compound — not chase the latest fad.

~ 240 words

A working coach who has spent more time on the floor than on social media. Twelve years coaching, four Olympians, two hundred athletes, one philosophy.

Marcus is the founder of Reyes Performance, a strength and conditioning studio in Austin that trains professional athletes and ambitious amateurs on the same floor.

He has coached four Olympians, two NFL combine top-10 finishers, and a roster of college athletes who have gone on to Power-5 programs.

Before founding Reyes, Marcus spent six years as an assistant strength coach with the University of Texas Athletics department, where he built the program's force-plate testing system from scratch.
